Fees

Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of both the registration form and payment. Should the registration form and/or payment be received after the deadlines, the higher registration fee will apply.

Please note that registrations are accepted and confirmed only after receiving the completed registration form and full payment. The registration fee includes the symposia on both days, all meals and drinks, all congress materials (congress bag, syllabus, pen, etc), the exhibition and the reception at the end of the programme on the second day.

Fees are in Euro. Other currencies will not be accepted.

* This fee only applies to participants from countries with developing economies (IMF 2008).

** Students must submit a copy of their student card.

VAT

Dutch VAT (19%) is applicable to the registration fees. The VAT number of IADS 2011 will be published soon.

Confirmation

Receipt of your registration will be confirmed within one week by e-mail or post. Two weeks before the symposium you will receive final conformation including logistical and practical details.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be in writing to the conference secretariat via registration@ad-symposia.org or fax +31 20 691 84 46. For cancellations received on or before February 1, 2011, the registration fee paid minus an administrative fee of € 25 will be refunded. Cancellations received after February 1, 2011 will not be refunded.

Name change

Should you be unable to attend, you may nominate (for an administration fee of € 25) a substitute participant to the organising secretariat.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee can be done by bank transfer. Regretfully, bank drafts, credit cards and cheques will not be accepted. The bank fee is the sole responsibility of the participant and must be paid in addition to the registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant. Unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed.
